READING AND MATH TESTS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY

These things will help you be fully prepared:

1) Your homework on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

2) PLEASE SEND YOUR CHILD WITH A WATER BOTTLE

3) Eat a healthy dinner (berries and fatty fish are good for the brain!)

4) Get a good night’s sleep. (Aim for 10 hours, with NO screen time at least an hour before bed.)

5) Eat a healthy breakfast. Include fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy protein.

6) Remind your child how awesome he/she is, and how you know he/she will do well.

6) Get to school on time.
